Marlo Mosser - Owner / Program Director / Fitness Coach

Marlo Mosser is the sole proprietor of San Francisco Adventure Boot Camp. She earned her diploma in 2006 as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant from The National Personal Training Institute, located in San Francisco.

Marlo has resided in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 25 years and feels very fortunate to live in the #1 ranked Best City in America for the Outdoors. Her passion for fitness began as a teenager with step aerobics and strength training, and expanded in her 20s and 30s with martial arts, TaeBoŽ, running, hiking, softball, yoga, mountain biking, snowboarding, and cardio kickboxing. After receiving her fitness training credentials, she became intrigued with Boot Camp training. I believe that the Boot Camp workout is successful because it pushes you to the next fitness level in an atmosphere surrounded by camaraderie and positive reinforcement, she says. It?s challenging, but highly rewarding and extremely effective.

Maintaining balance in life is extremely important to Marlo. She strives to bring humor to her boot camps and to create a dynamic that?s energetic, fun, safe and supportive. As a mother of two, she realizes that busy schedules often leave little time for working out, so she works to help clients find ways to incorporate exercise into their everyday life. My ability to empathize with women regarding weight and health concerns comes from having to conquer those issues myself, she says. I lost 65 pounds after my first child and 45 pounds after my second child, so I can truly relate. Being fit and healthy prepares you for all challenges in life. Take this life-changing challenge on your own terms YOU are worth it!

Marlo?s training style incorporates several types of modalities, such as strength training, calisthenics, functional and core training, martial arts and cardio conditioning. She believes this approach is effective for fat loss, toning/sculpting muscle, strength gains and flexibility. San Francisco Adventure Boot Camp for Women encompasses ALL for a balanced body!
